Excellent little bar across the street from the end of Brown Line. Seasonal handcrafted cocktails surrounded by all sorts of people. Somewhat reminiscent of what old Chicago neighborhood bars used to be like minus the fancy cocktails. It is a perfect place for a secret rendezvous.

My friends and I went here on Saturday night and really enjoyed it! We sat at a booth and ordered drinks at the bar. The bartenders were kind and attentive! The cut out in the ceiling above the bar is cool. They also have a huge, beautiful patio outback with murals on the walls. It was so nice! Since they don't serve food, you can bring or order your own. The restrooms are 2 single stalls for any gender. They're large, clean, and comfortable.

Is one of the greatest place to try mocktails in Chicago. They offer a wide variety of creative and delicious mocktails that are sure to please any palate. From fruity concoctions to sophisticated blends, they have something for everyone. The ambiance of the place is also quite pleasant to enjoy your drink. I was served by Grace who was an amazing Bartender and managed to make me some Mocktales that were not even in the menu!

This bar was fantastic, with a great back patio. The drinks were both delicious and reasonably priced. The exceptional service from the bartender alone made it worth every cent. Conveniently located near the Brown Line stop in Albany Park, it’s a hidden gem. Judging by the photos, they also serve impressive coffee—something I’m eager to try on my next visit.

I've been wanting to check this place out in my "acting like a human after depression" exposure therapy, so when I saw they were doing comedy on a Saturday night when I was free I was like aight lets go. I anticipated much but not seeing an old friend who I haven't talked to in years for who really knows the reason but I don't think it was amicable. So I ran out a side door on the patio lmao. But then I went back in bc I didn't come all this way to be run out by someone who didn't notice I was there anyway. The point is, I really liked the vibes and music and kind bartenders (who played that Little Dragon song I love?) It was worth staying and risking a convo I wasn't ready for.

If you're looking for a cozy hang out, on a cold evening, Nighthawk has some of the best dim lit vibes in the city. With a decent selection of spirits and a cocktail list, I love coming here to just enjoy the night. It's a huge bonus if Kristina, Sam, or Juan are tending the bar. Their booths are perfect for a group of 4 and they have a couple tables up front as well.
